• Citizens of restricted or prohibited countries are not eligible.
• Bn 999 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

10Rule Changes & Dispute Resolution

Bn 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For any dispute, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will aim to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, the final decision of bn 999 management will be considered binding.
